Start with a preliminary check of the battery in terms of physical integrity.
The next stage involves performing measurements to determine the relative capacity of each battery cell (internal resistance, conductance, specific densities, no-load and load voltage etc.)
Replace any possible compromised cells.
Fill electrolyte level (where necessary).
Check the integrity of electrical connections.
After completing these preliminary steps battery is ready for regeneration.
The first stage consists of a controlled discharge of the battery.
Depending on the downloadchart, it applies regeneration algorithms based on IGBT technology (transistors for high frequency and power), algorithms that aim to remove the lead sulfate crystals (it is induced a resonance frequency generated by the applied currents, aiming to disclosure these crystals from the battery electrodes).
After the dislocation of PbSO4crystals, the regeneration process continues with an electrochemical reaction of cvasielectroliza, the Pb radical of PbSO4 is deposited by electrolysis on the battery plates and the sulfate radical combines with H2 from water and results H2SO4.
The electrolyte from the regenerated battery has a density of 1.27-1.28
The battery temperature is monitored by the regeneration system and additional by a system of thermal imager to detect hot spots or imperfect connections.
Each battery is rigorously tested and it is delivered along with the graphic interpretations of the regeneration process and the final test of capacity.
Any order made after the processes of batteries regeneration, is issued with a guarantee certificate, certifying the proper functioning of batteries or accumulators, which were the subject of the order.
